StreamlineOps was set up to bring practical operational discipline to businesses that don't have an operations department.
Experience
StreamlineOps is built on more than ten years of hands-on operations experience in very different settings.
As a head bartender in a supervisory role, I ran busy shifts where a good routine is the difference between a smooth night and a chaotic one. I've also worked inside large, complex operations at British Gas (part of Centrica) and BT, where a single process can pass through several teams and systems before it's finished.
What connects those roles is the part I've always been good at: seeing where work gets stuck, and creating the structure and processes that let people do their jobs well.
Qualifications
I'm a university graduate and PRINCE2 qualified, and I'm currently studying business management, covering marketing, digital marketing and sales management. That gives a rounded view of how operations connect to the rest of a business.
